Real Lady Dolls: Irontech’s High-End Silicone Line
Real Lady is the silicone line from Irontech. Joy Love Dolls, the retailer we link to, describes it as “Real Lady by Irontech Doll,” says each doll is “handcrafted using only premium silicone,” and lists 99 products under the name. This guide covers what that line includes, what the dolls cost, which features come standard, and where the listings contradict themselves.
A note on sources: everything below comes from the retailer’s published listings, not hands-on testing. Treat the feature lists as the seller’s claims, and check current prices, because they move.
How Real Lady Relates to Irontech
If you’ve read our guide to Irontech, you already know the company’s calling card: an internal metal skeleton that holds poses. Joy Love presents Real Lady as Irontech’s high-end silicone line, and its collection filter lists all 99 products as silicone, so this is not a place to shop for TPE.
What the Catalog Looks Like
The collection’s filters give a quick sense of the range:
- Height: 53 dolls in the 160–169 cm range, 31 in 150–159 cm, and 14 under 150 cm.
- Cup size: H-cup is the most common (52), followed by C-cup (30), E-cup (14) and G-cup (2).
- Body type: “Big Ass & Breast” (65) and “Curvy” (52) are the biggest categories, with slimmer and petite options available (22 and 7).
So the line leans curvy and mid-height. If you want a taller or very slim doll, the filters will narrow quickly.
What You’ll Pay
Of the 24 listings visible on the collection page, full-size dolls ranged from $2,863 to $3,560. The most common price was $2,908, which covers many of the 159 cm models. A few examples:
- Lena (150 cm): $2,863
- Hailey (159 cm, H-cup): $2,908
- Golden Bride (RL168): $3,059
- Bianca (RL168): $3,137
- Sienna (170 cm, C-cup): $3,316
- Adela, dark tanned finish: $3,560
The same page also sells IronAI head options, one at $567. Joy Love offers Klarna on at least some of these listings. Klarna is credit-checked and its terms vary, so read them on the retailer’s Payment Methods page before you count on it.
What’s Standard
Here is how common the headline features are across the 99 products:
- Heating: 97
- Sound: 97
- Sucking function: 96
- Moving hips and waist: 96
- Gel breasts: 96
- Hair implant: 96
- Gel butt: 94
- Real oral structure (ROS): 3
In other words, heating, sound, the sucking function and moving hips are close to standard on Real Lady, and real oral structure is the exception. If ROS matters to you, on the listings we checked it appears as an upgrade, not a default.
For comparison, the Zelex collection page doesn’t offer heating or moving hips as filters at all. That’s a real difference between the two lines, so decide which features you want before you compare prices. Our Zelex guide covers that catalog.
A Closer Look: Hailey
The Hailey listing is a good example of what the line offers. She stands 159 cm (about 5 ft 2 in) and comes in H-cup at $2,908. The body weighs 33.48 kg (73 lbs), and the head adds another 2–3 kg (roughly 4.4–6.6 lbs). The listing gives a package size of 164 × 43.5 × 35 cm and a tolerance of ±2–3 cm in height and ±2–3 kg in weight, so treat the numbers as close, not exact.
The features marketed on the listing include built-in warmth, electric hip sway, a sucking function with sound, gel breasts and butt, hair implants and movable eyes.
Where the Listings Contradict Themselves
Before you order, read the listing twice. On the pages we checked:
- The Hailey page shows H-cup in one place and E-cup in a table header.
- The same page gives delivery as about 3–4 weeks in one block and 2–3 weeks in the description.
- The Sienna page calls the doll C-cup in the title but describes a “B-cup silhouette” in the text.
- Neither page gives warranty terms, and the Hailey page has no care or maintenance notes.
None of that means anything is wrong with the doll. It means the listings have copy errors, and that you should confirm size, cup, delivery time and warranty with the seller before paying.
Before You Order
- Made to order. These are custom builds, with delivery listed at about 3–4 weeks. Our guide to how these dolls actually ship explains what happens in between.
- Weight. At 73 lbs for the body alone, a full-size silicone doll is heavy to move and store.
- Shipping. Free, discreet, with duties listed as paid. Joy Love says it sends photos before shipping and waits for your confirmation.
- Current promotion. At the time of writing, a Halloween promotion running October 5 to November 5, 2026 includes free upgrades on full-body dolls (a second head, an upgraded skeleton, makeup and more) and a free IronAI TalkX chat box with 60 minutes of AI chat time. Promotions end, so check what applies on the day you order.
